The RFS website, and all leagues were created by Brett Johnson (aka Rokhed) who will also act as the League's Commissioner. Brett started in 1999 with a fantasy hockey head-to-head play league on EASports NHL series that he ran for 9 years. Soon after starting that league, he quickly became more and more hooked on MLB fantasy baseball building his experience there over the past 25 years. Within the last 15 years, he has added an NFL and PGA fantasy education to his repertoire. Brett has more than 25 years of commissioner experience with Rokhed, running all the current leagues as deep 20 teamers. RFS has always offered this deep league format, mainly because of the number of GM's that want to take part in deep league formats, rather than the standard 10 or 12 team leagues.
